RFC offers services that integrate clinical training and child developmental expertise to deliver individualized parenting support that extends beyond general observations to promote meaningful family systems change. Our neutral, nonjudgmental approach supports families in strengthening their capacity to safely navigate life experiences such as, neurodevelopmental differences, generational patterns, trauma, and disrupted relationships, to establish new, and healthy family connections. 

Court-Informed & System-Credible

Our services are designed by professionals with direct experience in child welfare, family court, and school systems. We apply our knowledge of court expectations, statutory requirements, and documentation standards to ensure services are aligned with current or pending orders for successful case progression.

Trauma-Informed & Attachment-Focused

All services reflect current best practices and are tailored to each family’s unique background, culture, identity, strengths, and needs. Drawing on our experience across child welfare, healthcare, education, substance use, and domestic violence, we acknowledge the barriers and inequities many families face and are dedicated to providing respectful, and inclusive support. 

Real-Time Skill Building

We move beyond passive supervision. Parents can receive personalized coaching and feedback to develop new skills and patterns, increase confidence and  promote successful change. All visits are facilitated by, or under the direct supervision of, licensed mental health providers with extensive backgrounds in child welfare, developmental neuroscience, and educational systems.

Resilient Families Collaborative is founded by two Denver natives, and are actively involved in our communities. Our work spans across the Denver metro area, allowing us to build connections with families, schools, courts, and service systems. We are committed to providing accessible, compassionate, and respectful care that recognizes the lived experience of Colorado families.
