Supervised Parenting & Family Services located in Denver, Colorado
The Resilient Families Collaborative (RFC) Model is a Colorado-based therapeutic approach to supervised parenting, and other family services. Our philosophy is that safe, healthy parent–child relationships can be supported even in the context of high conflict, divorce, or complex family systems. RFC recognizes that family separation is both a legal and emotional process, and that meaningful progress occurs when services are delivered by trained professionals who understand child development, family dynamics, and the holistic experience of parenting.
We provide doctorate-level and licensed professionals who apply advanced clinical training and specialized expertise in neuropsychology, stress, regulation, and family dynamics.
The RFC Model honors the lived experience of Colorado families and strives to provide structured support through psychoeducation and evidence-based parenting practices. Our work supports families in establishing new rhythms with care and intention, meeting each family with dignity, openness, and respect.
RFC partners with court-involved and community-referred families across Colorado and the Denver metro area to provide supervised parenting time, parenting coaching, cognitive assessment, and other therapeutic family services.
RFC’s supervised family time, parent coaching, and therapeutic services (including educational advocacy and cognitive/IQ testing) are solely guided by licensed and clinically trained professionals. This foundation enhances the level of professionalism, safety, and care provided to children and families.
We provide professional reports and documentation to meet court expectations, and statutory requirements to ensure our services support informed decision-making and case progression.
All supervised family time and related services are delivered through a trauma-informed, attachment-centered approach. Drawing on experience in child welfare, developmental pediatrics, and school-based mental health, we support families navigating trauma, neurodevelopmental differences, and disrupted relationships while prioritizing safety and connection.
In addition to supervised parenting time, parents receive real-time coaching and practical feedback to build effective parenting skills, confidence, and meaningful parent-child engagement. All visits are led by, or directly supervised by, licensed professionals with experience in child welfare, developmental neuroscience, and school-based mental health.
Resilient Families Collaborative was founded by Denver natives who are deeply connected to the communities they serve. RFC partners with Colorado families, schools, courts, and related community systems to provide accessible, culturally responsive, and respectful parenting time and family services.
